• If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 days of the approved claim.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

3. Service-Specific Refund Conditions

Web Design, Web Development & Mobile App Development

• Before Project Start: 90% refund if the project is canceled before work begins.

• After Work Starts: Partial refund may be considered based on work completed.

• After Final Delivery: No refund once the project is completed and approved by the client.

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

• These services are subscription-based and billed monthly.

• No refund for work already completed or time already invested.

• Cancel any time to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

Client Acquisition Course (Digital Product)

• If content is not accessed within 7 days of purchase, a 50% refund can be requested.

• Once accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be given.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Once a claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain purchases

• Paid ads or third-party tools

• Strategy or consultation sessions

• Services already delivered in full
